In this blog post, we will be discussing how a website is important for your business. In the past, it was common to have a physical storefront and not have a website. However, now more than ever people are turning to the internet as their first choice when looking for businesses or products they need.

A lot of companies have been finding that having an online presence has given them better success rates than those without one. Online stores can give customers easier access to your products and services and you don’t need to worry about paying rent on a store location either! This way of doing business is cheaper in many ways and saves time on commute times as well!

1. Photos

Although stock images are okay. I recommend you using your own brands photos. By doing this it helps build the like, know and trust value with your potential clients. If you’re just starting out, it’s tempting to use stock photos on your website. They are easy to find and usually cost next to nothing.

But if you want visitors who are researching or shopping for specific items, they may not be able to find what they need. Brand photos can help increase sales because shoppers know exactly what they are looking for when they see the real thing. Plus, people will share these images with their friends and family.

2. A clear call to action + step by step instructions

A call-to-action can be on any page of your site and usually appears at the top or bottom of the screen. The purpose of a call-to-action is to prompt viewers to take some sort of action. For example: Book now, Schedule appointment, shop here.

If you are a home stylist your instructions should be listed. Or if you make custom wigs your instructions for ordering should be listed as well. A call to action is important because it can help you generate leads which results in more sales. You want people coming back again and again so they eventually become customers!

3.Testimonials and reviews

Do you have testimonials or reviews on your website? If not, then you are missing out! Testimonials and reviews are one of the most valuable assets that any company can have.

No matter what type of business you are in, customer feedback is important to maintaining a good reputation. The more positive feedback that your potential customers see, the more likely they will be to make a purchase with your company.

Testimonials and Reviews speak volumes about how people feel about your products or services. They also show off what other people think about them too! Customer happiness is our number one priority at Eaf Beauty, because we want everyone who interacts with us to walk away feeling great about their purchase. And if you get bad reviews don’t panic. Take a deep breath and see what you can do better next time.

4. Social media links

Social media links play an important part on your website because it helps you connect with customers. If they’re looking for more information about the company, they can find it easily through Facebook or Twitter. It also increases customer engagement and loyalty by providing them with easy access to information that is relevant to their needs and interests. Consider adding this link as soon as possible!

Side note: We are currently revamping the wiglicious show and as soon as the Eaf beauty team has everything figured out, the wig coach will release show dates. But in the meantime, you can still submit topics or ask for advice for our lace fronts and blunts segment for future shows to come. I also want to remind you that everything is submitted anonymously.
